Planning the exploratory trip and subsequent operational movements of the project
Working with our advisor throughout the entire home buying experience has been great. They have been extremely responsive, put together thoughtful itineraries for our home viewing trip, and have coordinated on our behalf throughout the offer and final signing to take ownership of the new home. They have been my feet on the ground in Italy while I am in the US, communicating regularly and providing me with guidance along the way. They have also been extremely helpful in lining up resources for the new kitchen and other updates that need to be done. Again they have arranged a thoughtful itinerary for the signing, visiting design stores, and getting contractor quotes while in Italy for the closing. I can't imagine having done this without them.
