They were extremely responsive, prepared itineraries designed for our home viewing journey, and coordinated on our behalf during the offer and final signing to take possession of the new home. They have been my eyes and ears in Italy while I am in the United States, communicating regularly and providing guidance along the way. Additionally, they were extremely helpful in connecting resources for the new kitchen and other improvements that needed to be made. Again, they organized an itinerary designed for signing, visiting design shops and getting quotes from entrepreneurs while they were in Italy for closing. I can't imagine doing it without them.
